Push notifications are clickable pop-up messages that appear on your users’ browsers irrespective of which device they use or which browser they are on. Subscribers can be anywhere on the browser and still receive these messages as long as they are online or have their browsers running on their devices.
First of all, you need to add push notification for this follow this tutorial
Once You Setup any of the Push Notification given by PWAforWP on your website. Then open your frontend website, On the website Popup message will be shown same as like below image.
When user will click on the Allow button then the user will be added in your subscriber list to receive a message from your website push-notification.
If you are using Push-notification.io you can check your subscriber in users tab of the panel.
